- Advised real estate developers on the successful transfer of over 100 properties, involving the drafting of sale agreements and the seamless issuance of sectional titles to individual purchasers.
- Represented a prominent SACCO in the preparation and registration of hundreds of charges, ensuring all instruments maintained strict legal compliance and secured the institution’s financial interests.
- Conducted due diligence and regulatory navigation for property owners to facilitate the “Change of User” for land from agricultural to commercial status, managing the process with relevant government authorities.
- Drafted and negotiated comprehensive commercial and distributorship agreements for a diverse portfolio of business clients, ensuring robust protection of proprietary rights.
- Guided corporate clients through the complex registration and setup of companies, NGOs, and limited liability partnerships, providing a solid legal foundation for their operations.
