JANICE WACHUKA
Managing Partner | Diaspora Wealth & Property Lawyer for Kenyans Abroad
I help clients bring clarity, structure, and protection to legal matters involving wealth management, property, real estate, conveyancing, and commercial law in Kenya.
When you have built wealth, acquired property, or made important investments in Kenya, uncertainty is not a small issue. It can delay decisions, create costly mistakes, and expose what you have worked hard to build.
That is where I come in.
I help clients bring clarity, structure, and protection to legal matters involving wealth management, property, real estate, conveyancing, and commercial law in Kenya.
My particular focus is wealth management, especially for diaspora clients, property investors, developers, and the professional partners who support them.
Many of the people I work with are navigating important decisions across borders. They need more than technical legal advice. They need a lawyer who can see the issue clearly, move matters forward efficiently, and find practical solutions where others may see only complexity.
Today, I serve as Managing Partner of WAREN Law Advocates LLP, recognised as Litigation and Dispute Resolution Firm of the Year, Nairobi 2025.
My practice sits at the intersection of conveyancing, commercial law, and wealth management, three areas that, in my experience, must work together for wealth to be truly secure.
My clients come to me when the stakes are high, the deal is complex, or someone else has already told them it cannot be done.
My clients include diaspora investors structuring property and trust arrangements from the UK, US, and Canada; large-scale property developers working on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Kenya; and corporates navigating complex commercial transactions where precision and turnaround time are non-negotiable.
They come to me because I get things done, and because I have a reputation for finding solutions where others have found dead ends.
