On 27 November 2025, Waren Law Advocates LLP took part in a high-level strategic cooperation signing in Beijing alongside Jointide Law Firm and Beijing Matrix Law Firm. Hosted at the Pacific Conference Room within the Beijing Kerry Center, the engagement marked an important milestone in advancing legal collaboration between Africa and China.
The strategic agreement was signed by our very own Mrs. Janice Wachuka (Managing Partner and Team Leader of Corporate and Commercial Practice), who was joined by Mr. Dong Yiming and Mr. Lü Yujian of Jointide Law Firm. The ceremony was witnessed by a distinguished delegation, including Mr. Ephraim Ndegwa, our Head of Strategy, ensuring that the vision for this partnership is rooted in long-term growth and operational excellence.
Beyond the formalities, the meeting centered on shaping a practical collaboration framework that reflects the realities of China–Kenya trade and investment flows.
